Imperial Thickness Set for Festool Domino XL DF700

The Seneca Woodworking Imperial Thickness Set for the Festool Domino DF700 allows you to quickly and effortlessly adjust the Domino fence offset to center your mortise on a range of imperial material thicknesses from 1/2" to 1".  The set consists of two components:  an Imperial Thickness Gauge and a "Domi-Shim." The Imperial Thickness Gauge installs in less than a minute using a Torx T10 bit (not included), and is a direct replacement for the metric thickness gauge included with your Domino DF700.  The Domi-Shim attaches to the DF700 Fence to enable centering on narrower material than was previously possible without a shim or spacer. 

The Imperial Thickness Gauge is CNC machined from Delrin material and designed to center on 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 7/8", and 1" nominal ply thicknesses.

The Domino DF700 fence has a lower travel limit that would normally prevent it from centering on 3/4" or smaller ply so a shim is required to enable centering on these thicknesses.  This set includes the Seneca Woodworking Domi-Shim required to work properly.  This Domi-Shim can be installed by itself (without the Imperial Thickness Gauge) and used to center on 1/2" nominal ply.  This Domi-Shim is the same 1/2" shim we originally sold as part of our Domi-Shim set.  If you already own the set of two Domi-Shims, and want to upgrade to the faster adjustment that this set provides,  you can purchase the Imperial Thickness Gauge separately Click Here
