COVID-19 Update – 6/09/2021

As COVID-19 continues to impact our country and the world, we wanted to keep you up to date on everything we are seeing in the market, and how delays might impact your orders.

VENDOR DELAYS

It's no secret that many of the brands that we carry are facing significant backorders on tools and accessories. Some of this has to do with production, but the biggest impact is coming from the global shipping container shortage and lack of space on the container ships. Please refer to the product pages on the website for availability. We're doing our best to update daily as we get new information from our vendors.

Vendors facing delays included Festool, SawStop, Kreg, and TSO.

The good news is that we stock a lot of product. For many of these brands, we are the largest stocking dealer in New England. We’re doing our best to bring in additional inventory to avoid going out of stock wherever possible. If an item is out of stock, the “buy” button now says “Pre-Order Now.” Orders are filled based on when they were received, and the pre-order option lets you grab your spot in line.

We’re doing our best to ship all orders within 2 days of being placed if the item is in stock. If any item in your order is out of stock, we will notify at the email address you used to place your order.

 

SHIPPING:

All major carriers (UPS, FEDEX, USPS) have been experiencing delays due to COVID-19, with most suspending guaranteed delivery. What we’re seeing is delays of up to 1-2 days longer than the usual shipping times through the major carriers, depending on where you live.

STORE HOURS

 

Our new store hours will be Monday through Thursday, from 8:45 AM until 5:00 PM, and Friday from 8:45 AM to 4:30 PM. We are closed on weekends

 

While we move back into a more typical store experience, we want to remind of our additional options that will allow you to skip waiting and limit your in-store contact. We’ll continue to offer (and encourage you) to use our buy online, curbside pickup option.

 

Our call volume has been much higher than normal lately, and we really appreciate your patience with us as we get back to you. Email and Live Chat on the website may be the quickest way to reach us with questions. If you need a response via phone, please leave your phone number as well, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

We’ll continue to do our best to provide you with the information you need to plan for your jobs and projects. As the old saying goes, Proper Planning Prevents Poor Performance.
