The Foreman has a built-in motor that drives the same Kreg stepped dill bit used in the Kreg Jig R3 and K4. Simply position your piece on the Foreman's large table, squeeze the trigger and pull the handle. That clamps the workpiece in place, starts the motor, and plunges the bit into the wood, creating a perfectly positioned pocket hole in almost nothing flat.
